Folios 152-155. The joint and several information of Thomas Hill, late commander of the sloop HMS Hazard; Michael Burgess, Lieutenant; William Bendall, gunner; William Murphey [Murphy], purser; and Benjamin Hill, clerk of the same vessel against Nicholas Glascoe of Lord Ogilvie's Regiment, James Carnegie Arbuthnot rebel deputy Lord Lieutenant of Angus, and David Farrier relating to the forced surrender of HMS Hazard at Montrose in November 1745. Other names are William Jemmison and [?David] Lyon of Montrose; Hoare a Jacobite officer; [James] Gordon of Brechin; Erasmus Cooper and Henry Munro, respectively carpenter and surgeon of HMS Hazard, and John Warren a member of the crew.
