Expressing the hope that the King will be able to prevail upon the Portuguese Crown not only to own the justice of the Company's complaints regarding their losses sustained at Cabinda [Angola] but also to order satisfaction suitable to those losses. Details are given of the Company's founding of Cabinda, the allegations made by and the hostile actions of the Portuguese. Original,signed by Fra [Francis] Lynn secretary, and two copies.
