Acknowledging letters containing the King's refusal to consent to the proposed exchange of lives in the office of second sergeant-at-arms in Ireland and his decision in the 'dispute about the command among the officers of the Guards'. Account of proceedings of the Lords Justices in which one of the matters covered is the recruitment of men for the Irish Regiments in France and Spain.
