Enclosing an account of the King's arrival in Holland. The account referred to was an extract from a letter to Mr Burchel from Captain [Mungo] Herdman commander of HMS Rose quoted on the reverse of the folio. Memorandum of persons to whom a like letter was sent with an amendment to that to the Archbishop of Canterbury.
