Expressing the hope that their friendship will continue and describing the daily life of the writer who says 'we agree very well amongst ourselves; we eat and drink well; I walk much, the lady works much and Phillip sits-still much'. He mentions Panton, who still has two bullets and a piece of his coat in him, and 'Billey Cotton'. Letter taken out of Mr Caryll's desk by messengers 24 March 1723.
