A lengthy and somewhat angry letter about the betrayal of friendship and ending 'therefore I desire no more of your correspondence and be assured that you shall never more be esteemed as a friend or well wished. There is no room for you here'. The letter is to be forwarded by Mr John Nowlan at Doctor Bostock's in Southampton Street, Bloomsbury. Taken from Mr John Clarke 21 March 1723.
