Two copies of a circular to the Lord Justices concerning a charitable collection for oppressed Protestants in the Catholic parts of Germany, including the Palatinate, and the Duchies of Deuxponts and Juliers; the collection is being taken up in Protestant countries in Europe, and the King has agreed to allow it in Great Britain.
