A memorandum outlining the position of Mrs Mead, concerning her tennant a certain Aikenhead. After a meeting she had expected with [Irish] undersecretary [Charles Delafaye] failed to come about, Robert Hamilton says that Mrs Mead will not allow him to take possession of the lodgings, nor the goods within them, without an order from the government.
