A letter enclosing one from George Kelly [a Jacobite prisoner] in the Tower [of London], who it is thought has small pox and has applied to Lord Lincoln to lobby Lord Townsend to obtain medical attention. (1) A letter requesting the recipient's help in obtaining a visit from either Doctor Brown or Doctor Purcell.
