Account book of the distribution of the last £1,000 of the King's bounty to artificers from France distributed by Ellis Owen by order of Lord Carteret. The payments are made in full of all 'pretensions to his Majesty's bounty'. [The entries are separated into the different manufactories with receipts signed by the individual artificers]. 15 pages.
