Agreement between Charles Delafaye of the first part, John Phillips of Wandsworth of the second part, Captain Jacob Rowe of St Giles in the Fields of the third part and John Rowe, mariner, of the fourth part not to divulge anything relating to a co-partnership the first three parties have entered into for recovering lost bullion, plate and other goods, it being essential that the interest of Delafaye and Jacob Rowe be kept secret. Signed by all four parties in the presence of Amie Delafaye and Richard Noah.
