Petition returning thanks for being released 'from that unparalled bondage' by 'the prudent management and indefatigable dilgence' of the King's plenipotentiary the Honorable Charles Stewart and praying that orders might be given to the churchwardens of the parishes within the Bills of Mortality for a collection be made for them at the church-doors on Sunday.
