Representing the case of the two packet boats 'King George' and 'Boscowen', seized by Spain in September 1718 while in the King's service on account of which insurance was paid to the owners by the General Post Office and submitting that reparation should be made by Spain. Captain Robert Hales of the 'King George' and Captain John Torway of the 'Boscowen' are mentioned.
