Place of accident: Works Entrance, [Kent].
Injury: Killed.
Details of accident: Coping and brickwork of wall by gates at the entrance to works fell upon and killed him, caused by engine catching the gate when coming into the factory yard. The gate was not secured back and swung to. Engine no 97. Isaac Mills. Reeves was holding the points adjacent.
