I would not delay the making a Report one moment, because I think there is no difficulty I tis case, and that no dispensation is necessary, but if it should be otherwise, I take the secretaries [sic] letter to be sufficient. I suppose my Lord Bishops are eager to be satisfied in this matter, and therefore you will be pleased to expedite this affair'.
