Part 2, Folios 78-79. From [Mr Richmond]. To Madam Robinson, Wardour Street, near Soho Square [London].

Letter taken from the lodging room of Catherine Lucas by Daniel Chandler, Jos [?Joseph] Ellis and Jane Pickering on 21 October 1723 with references to, inter alia, the confused distracted condition of the writer's affairs at home; reminding the Lady Bingham of the Mississippi actions; the 'Elizabeth' of London; Messieurs Le Seour and Gregoir; Mr Clifton; Miss Drilingcourt [Drelingcourt]; Madam Guillame; and 'my dear Catto'.
