Letter taken from the lodging room of Catherine Lucas by Daniel Chandler, Jos [?Joseph] Ellis and Jane Pickering on 21 October 1723 in which the writer refers to 'the great trunk at Thisleworth'; Bacon 'the very greatest of villains'; being distracted nightly with dreams about his 'poor Catto'; and the Alderman.
