Description

Part 1, Folios 112-113. From Wm [William] Dummer. Place: Boston [New England].

Enclosing the Commissioners' report of the trial of 36 pirates at Newport, Rhode Island and recommending two of those found guilty, Patrick Cunningham and John Browne, for mercy. Two depositions on behalf of Cunningham were also enclosed. Items not enclosed.
