Part 1, Folio 100.

Notes of a meeting at which the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Lord Chamberlain, the Lord Steward, the Duke of Roxburghe, Earl of Berkeley, Earl Godolphin, Earl Cadogan and the Chancellor of the Exchequer [Robert Walpole] were present. Topics referred to include military matters; the petition of the capital burgesses of Tiverton about the mayor's election; [William] Riddlesden's case; [Jacobites] Kelly and Plunket.
