Replying in the absence of Mr Jobber that there are no funds in the latter's hands for either the prosecution of the [re-captured] ship 'Revolution' [which was in the service of the Pretender] or the subsistence of the witnesses and that these should be paid from the money arising from pirates' effects and other Admiralty perquisites paid into the Treasury and deemed to be the fund for that purpose. Captain Bähr is mentioned.
