Notes of a meeting at which the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Lord Chamberlain, the Lord Steward, the Duke of Roxburghe, Earl of Berkeley, Earl Godolphin, Earl Cadogan and the Chancellor of the Exchequer [Robert Walpole] were present.
