A letter concerning a book '[A True Testimony for God, and for His Sacred Law', by Edward Elwall] a copy of which the Archbishop encloses, having received it from Mr Cowper of Wolverhampton [Staffordshire]. The Archbishop describes it as 'a bare-faced blasphemy' and advises that all copies in Wolverhampton and London should be seized.
