A letter advising of an inquiry from the Mayor of Harwich Captain [Samuel] Lucas who desires to know if council for the Crown will be required in the prosecution of two men, presently in gaol, concerned in the late riot [on the anniversary of the accession of King George I]. Sir Philip Parker is off to Bath [Somerset].
