Folios 34-36. From Rowland Wynne (1) Roger Davies. To William Jessop, MP, at Broom Hall, Sheffield, Yorkshire (1) Rowland Wynn.
A letter enclosing one from Roger Davies, with the author denying he insulted Davies, and observing that since 'it's generally suspected that he will escape out of prison, it may be reasonably feared he will then attempt his revenge and further prosecute his villanous designs'. With seal. (1) Roger Davies to Rowland Wynne, complaining of being insulted and promising to return every farthing if set at liberty.
