Description

Folios 107-110. Three petitions from William Morice, son in law to Francis [Atterbury] late Bishop of Rochester, to the Duke of Newcastle praying for leave under the Royal Sign Manual for him to visit his father in law in connection with family affairs; for him and his wife, who has been advised to go abroad for her health, to visit her father; and for him and his three children, Mary (14), Frances (10), Charlotte (6) with the intention that 'they reside from time to time' with their grandfather.
