Petition praying for the grant of a warrant to the Attorney-General for a noli [nolle] prosequi as he is unable to afford the prosecution of the order of reference made following his earlier petition, Rodes having been maliciously informed against by Edward Gross for seditious words, committed to Newgate and then bailed.
