Folio 120. Petition to Lord Viscount Townshend of Anthony Tournay, Ironmonger of London, who bought an anchor from Richard Jones, but not having a convenient place to put it, he let it remain with Richard Jones. It was seized by order of the King on the Bankside at Southwark, where it now lies, with no notice given to the petitioner. He asks for it to be delivered to him.
