Folio 84. Petition to the King of Benigne Sollicoffre, widow of John Leonard Sollicoffre, Consul General and Ambassador to the King of Morocco, for a pension. Her husband was nearly burned by Moroccan pirates who took an English ship. He was responsible for a peace treaty and the return of 144 of the King's subject. But his ransom was not paid and he died as a hostage.
