Petition to the King of Daniel Smith, Lieutenant Governor of the Island of Nevis, requesting a further 12 months' licence of absence to remain in Great Britain in order to recover his health completely. He has permission from the Governor in Chief of the Leeward islands to go to Britain for reason of ill health.
