Advising that Gaylard has notice of trial on an information filed against him and will be tried some day next week unless orders are received to the contrary. He has offended since the filing of the information and has been bound over in fresh recognizance and has appeared accordingly, but Mr Attorney has not received any orders to prosecute him for these new offences'.
