Stating he was taken prisoner at Corunna in 1718 when mate of the packet-boat 'Boscawen'; 'has taken three expensive journeys from Penrhyn in Cornwall to London besides his large expenses in London to attend the Post Masters for justice without any yet done him' and praying for relief. Enclosing a copy of John Parker's certificate.
