Folios 179-180.
Anonymous to the King, warning His Majesty that France is making alliances every day and could become very powerful. The author is suggesting that England should form strong alliances with States of Holland, Switzerland, Poland, Denmark and the Empire. They can unite and support each other, especially thanks to the servants of the faith, even though they do not share the exact same beliefs. 'One has to stay alert and ask the ministers not to forget to pray for those who have been separated from the herd'.
