Folios 125-148.
Notebook [apparently in the hand of Charles Delafaye] comprising 50 sheets of which 29 are blank. At the front is an extract from The Flying Post or Post-Master Thursday April 18 to Saturday April 20 giving 'an alphabetical list of the names of persons mentioned in the Report and Appendixes [? of the Lords Committees 1723] with their characters and behaviour'. The early pages have been marked alphabetically but there is only one entry and that for John Plunket. The later pages have been used as a diary with intermittent entries from January 1720 to May 1723 all of which appear to relate to Christopher Layer and Francis Atterbury, Bishop of Rochester and their associates. The last four pages have the names of messengers with their prisoners and on the inside back cover a memorandum of an interview on May 2 1723 with ?the Bishop of Rochester at the House of Lords.
