Judges' certificate recommending the following for mercy on condition of transportation to some part of America they having been convicted at the Lent Assizes on the Oxford Circuit: Richard Cooper, Oxfordshire for burglary; Edward Ranford, Shropshire, stealing a mare; Peter Lewis, John Roberts and William Farfass, Gloucester for burglary; John Wall, Thomas Robson alias Nicholas Piper, Stafford for horse stealing.
