Folios 105-107. From Rob [Robert] Bluett and Ri [Richard] Nulcombe. To Charles, Viscount Townshend. Place: Culmstock [Devon].
Enclosing copies of the depositions concerning a two day riot at Culmstock by weavers from Cullompton and Bradninch, and recommending that a company of dragoons be stationed at those two places to prevent the outbreak of similar trouble.
