Folio 15. From (1) Unknown (2) Lord Townsend. To Peter Delmé, Lord Mayor of London. Place: Letter 1: Unknown Letter 2: Whitehall [London, Middlesex].
Copies of two letters. The first is partly in cant code, with the author encouraging further correspondence [?with Peter Delmé]. Some numbers have been interpreted as referring to 'le Prince Keurakin' [Russian diplomat, Prince Alexander Borisovich Kurakin]. The second letter encloses a response [not filed here] that the author would like the Lord Mayor to send to the author of the first letter.
