Description

Folios 19-22.

A petition from Frederic Thom seeking letters patent authorising him to collect money for the relief of protestant refugees from the Palatinate and the Duchies of Deuxponts and Juliers, and elsewhere in Germany. Copy of a letter endorsed 'from the protestant ministers at Ratisbon to His Majesty'.
