A letter informing on a group of Irishmen in Wapping [Middlesex] and a 'great brewer' and oFolios ering to find out about their intentions if he is encouraged. The author says he can be found care of Thomas Bryant, keeper of Horsham Gaol, Sussex; and he refers to his brother who is a clerk of the King's police in Kinsington [Kensington, Middlesex], and Mr Tyson. He says that Mr Tyrel or Tyson will remember him in connection with applications for patents, for an invention for obtaining starch from potatoes, and for insuring horses.
