A letter requesting a letter of recommendation for Francis Harbin to His Majesty's representative in Holland [Netherlands], aFolios ording him and his party protection against 'sham actions and abuses' by glass manufacturers in Amsterdam as he provides further evidence again illegal imports of scowring [?scowering] clay. Harbin and others provided information last September against Zachary Breedon, merchant, and Richard East, waterman.
