Anonymous information about 'a papist club or meeting that is at this time held in the parish of St Giles in the Fields' and whose assembly is believed by the informant 'to be the more dangerous, (for this reason) because they will not admit of any protestant in their society'. If he can see 'your lordship' he will disclose the meeting place and how the club orders may be come by.
