Sending copies of two other intercepted letters which may be of use in understanding the meaning of those sent 'yesterday and into the knowledge of five persons who carry on this correspondence [blank] Waters to whom they are addressed appears to be deeply concerned in the management of this treasonable design and in conveyance of letters of this nature. William Erskine who subscribes and James Gordon senior are, as I believe, not fictionary but real names'. Copy. Items not enclosed.
