Folio 139. From Lord Carteret. To Commissioners for executing the office of High Admiral.

Copy of Viscount Torrington's allowance of extraordinary disbursements incurred in 1718, 1719 and 1720 during his command of the Mediterranean fleet and his negotiation of the evacuation of Sicily.
