A similar examination of Richard Richards. Gives evidence of Eustace collecting men at Whitaker's ale house, to take to France with a dishonest design. Names mentioned: are Smith, [Shaughnessy], McLaughlan, Edward Mallone. Speaks in support of Edward Lyons but implicates Whitaker. Witnessed by Charles Delafaye.
