Reports Lord Polwarth's departure for Cambrai by way of Paris. Observes 'according to my notion you judge right of what Lord Whitworth ought to do if he goes through Brussels. B [Baron] Landi always seemed to me a queer fellow and his example can be of no weight with his Lordship' and remarks that 'a half-witted Imperialist is a horrid creature to deal with the natural pride and want of sense are impracticable qualifications'.
