A Computation of the London Journal' proposing that the Government compensate the proprietor for the loss of profit resulting from a 'turning off the strength of expressions' and thereby loss of sales. If the proposal is accepted 'the Government shall have the power to order The Journal in such manner as they shall think fit and as if it were their own'.
