Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering with a needle in the right side accidentally swallowed several years ago. During course of treatment patient underwent an operation to remove the needle. Further details given. Discharged from hospital on 18 March 1919. Includes a medical case sheet, a clinical chart, an X-ray report, a diet sheet and a handwritten note.
