Service number: 291651.

Age: 29.

Hospital(s): The County of Middlesex War Hospital, Napsbury, St Albans.

Condition/Injury/Disease: Epilepsy.

Details and Outcome: Patient admitted from 1st Eastern General Hospital, Cambridge suffering with epilepsy. Patient is said to have had a history of fits since four years of age, and since joining the army has had about one fit per month. Patient is also said to have considerable tremor of hands and exaggerated knee jerks. Further details given. Sent home for discharge 5 June 1919. Includes a medical case sheet only.
