Condition/Injury/Disease: Chronic Myalgia, Arthritis of Knee and Debility.

Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering with chronic myalgia, arthritis of the right knee and debility. Sent before Medical Board at Boulogne Base 31 October 1918, which ordered his discharge from the service. Further details given. Sent home for discharge 5 December 1918. Includes a medical case sheet and proceedings of a Medical Board.
