Condition/Injury/Disease: Gunshot Wound to Thigh.

Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering with a rifle bullet wound to the right thigh. Wound received 31 July 1917 at Ypres. Underwent amputation of leg. Further details given. Sent home for discharge pending vacancy at limbless hospital 21 December 1917. Includes a medical case sheet and an X-ray report.
