Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering with a shrapnel wound to the left arm and fracture of the left radius and ulna. Wound received 7 June 1917 at Ypres. Under course of treatment patient was fitted with a Thomas splint. Underwent operation for removal of necrosed bone. Further details given. Sent home for discharge 29 January 1918. Includes a medical case sheet only.
